» After that, you will receive a document called “Purchase Authorization” via email or if it is easier for you via WhatsApp, which must be signed by the buyer and sent back to our company together with his ID card.
» This document has been prepared specifically for our company by a collective of lawyers and notaries and sets out all the conditions of sale or purchase. This is an official document that is legally valid both in Germany and in the country of the buyer (if this is not Germany).
» Once we have received all the paperwork (including the signed Purchase Authorization) and the buyers ID card, we can start the transaction, which is based on the following elements: the bill of sale, the vehicle inspection report (covering all >100 checkpoints) and the invoice (our Trusted Shops account to which the money needs to be transferred).
» Payment is made by bank transfer. The amount equal to that specified in the contract price is transferred to a neutral account before the car is delivered. The value of the product is deposited and kept in a neutral account until the end of the trial period offered to the buyer. At the end of the trial period, at the buyers request, the payment will be unblocked and forwarded to the seller or returned to him (the buyer) according to his decision.
» The deposit is not an advance payment. The deposit is a guarantee of the transaction on the part of the buyer that the car will be 100% accepted by the buyer (For the trial period) and will not be returned misused or damaged.
» Once payment has been confirmed and secured (12 hours max), we will begin delivery to the buyers address.
» The transport takes between 2 and 4 days, depending on the buyers location, and is carried out with our trucks and accompanied by a company representative. Our representative will personally deliver the vehicle, both keys and the full set of documents required for sale and vehicle registration.
» The buyer has 5 days to test and review the vehicle and the option to accept or reject the vehicle without any financial obligation. If the buyer is not satisfied with the vehicle after the 5-day trial period, the car will be returned by the representatives of our company from Germany and the buyers money will be refunded immediately as soon as the car could be picked up at the buyers address. Our company account is a German account and in the event of a vehicle return, the money can be transferred directly back to the buyer.
» ACCEPTANCE OF THE VEHICLE: Upon receipt, the buyer can check the car. Only if it is in the agreed condition and the buyer confirms, we will transfers the purchase price to the seller. As a buyer, you are on the safe side with BUYER PROTECTION. Before your payment is forwarded to the seller, you can check the item at your leisure.If the buyer accept the car, then the final purcahse contract will be signed and the 30 days of return vehicle and 6 months of warranty offered by our company , will be apply.
» REJECTION OF THE VEHICLE: After the trial period, if the buyer detect that the car is not like we described, have defects or not fits to him, can reject the agreement without financial obligation. In this case an agent from our company or a co-worker will take the car and the buyer must sign a contract of refusal called "Vehicle Return". The amount of the car will be transfereted on the spot back to the buyer through the urgent transfer service. The buyer will have the money back in his account , in maximum 4 hours.
» 30 DAYS RETURN POLICY: The seller have the opportunity for 30 days to return back the vehicle , if is not satisfied. Of course, the product must be returned back without technical or visual defects.Also, the buyer can change the vehicle with one which is already on our stock. In any of this cases, the transportation fees will be paid integrally by the buyer. exception is this case - if the car have some defects which are not made by buyer,our company will support all transportation fees.
» 6 MONTHS GUARANTEE: We will send to the buyer the technical inspection and we will provide a 6 month warranty for any car that passes our inspection. Any repairs occurring in the 6-month warranty are fully covered by us , by paying the full cost to the car dealer on the respective brand.
